Slightly above average Bought new mats for my new Highlander but they did not bother to a THOROUGH CLEANING of the inside of the car... Doors -in in the inside- were. WET.. Bought new mats for my new Highlander but they did not bother to a THOROUGH CLEANING of the inside of the car... Doors -in in the inside- were. WET.. ( didn’t bother to dry the car)... this was a 46000 dollar investment and I expected a better service... You guys bragg about your new facility, unfortunately, it is all about actitud and customer experience!! I was sold a 2017 model when I was clear from the very beginning that I was looking for a 2018. ( I found this out when I was at a point of no return ( I.e., Bank financing approved , checks had been issued , and I was in a hurry to leave on a business trip. , et., etc.) ... Ypur Finance guy tried to refute my arguments about the fact that I should had gotten much higher discount given that the car had a full year depreciation ... ( Unfortunately for Jim’s have a Master’s Degree in Finance ..Out of respect and given my time constraints I chose not to make an issue of something that was clearly a an unethical business practice to put it lightly).... not a way to do business... I trusted you guys from day one... and you decided instead to treat me as I deserved... you guys were PAID CASH but that wasn’t important.... By the way, there is an interesting stat out ther: “Car dealers tend to treat and underestimate minorities and women when compared to how they treat white men “ ... food for thought !!! More

Ask for MOSES!!! 18 years ago, I bought a 2000 Toyota Camry from Glen Toyota, and 193,000 miles later, I still am driving it! It rides like new, and I'd still be driving it if I wasn't passing it down to my daughter who is getting her license in 2 weeks. I trust this car enough to allow my 17 yr old to drive an 18 year old Camry. Best car ever. And I cannot even begin to thank my salesperson Moses enough for all he did for me during my process of buying a my 2014 CPO Toyota Camry XLE. He never once pressured me to buy anything, but instead laid out all the information I needed to make an informed decision that was best for me. Most sales people would never dream of letting someone leave their dealership to go home and 'think about it'. But Moses encouraged me to take all the information home that we discussed and talk it over with my husband. We returned the very next morning and bought a vehicle thanks to the exceptional treatment we received from him. Moses spent hours with us making sure everything went smoothly, and that we received everything we were asking for. Mike, the finance person was also excellent, as was every other employee we met that day. It is like one big family there, and I would never go anywhere to buy a car. Trust me, go to Glen Toyota and ask for Moses and tell him Jacqui and Anthony recommended him, and he will treat you like gold and will do all he could to help you get the deal you are looking for.
