Both Neil and Mike were transparent, well informed, and very efficient. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The deal was as advertised and the whole process was quick and convenient. Love Toyota! Everybody was so welcoming and my sales guy Javier was amazing, very knowledgeable and had a great personality! Really went out of his way for me! Definitely would refer people to buy vehicles from him! Mike Finn on the other hand, while we waited for 3 hours to get the car, we went to his office and he was very rude to me and my father and rushed us. However he did apologize and made it a little better, not the way i wanted to end a great day with Jav, but I walked out with a new car :) More
