Friendly dealership, the sales guy Albert Chak is a complete gentleman, 5 stars. The issue I have is with the service department who failed to diagnose a wheel balancing issue I had with my brand new T complete gentleman, 5 stars. They told me that it’s just the way it drives which I knew was B.S., so when brought to an independent tire shop immediately after they told me all the tires were way off balance and had to pay $160 out of my own pocket and of course issue was fixed.
