Offer aggressive pricing and an absolutely no xx buying process. No hidden fees or dealer crap. But what really sets them apart is the people. Salesman Leon was the BEST! I have purchased or leased nearly 50 new cars in my life, and he is one the best I've encountered. Excellent follow-through. Good product knowledge. Not pushy. Plus, just a nice guy to deal with. General Sales Manager Mike did our paperwork and is just great to work with. Knows the Alfa Romeo brand like no other. Again, no aggressive sales tactics on the F&I side. Just real easy going. I can see why these guys sell Alfas from coast to coast! I'm glad we made the trip for my wife's new Stelvio Ti ! I highly recommend this dealership. More

I purchased a 2016 Audi A3 from Alfa Romeo of Strongsville, and this dealership has been nothing short of awful. They had me test drive the car with a broken water pump, which they only fixed aft Strongsville, and this dealership has been nothing short of awful. They had me test drive the car with a broken water pump, which they only fixed after I had already paid for the vehicle. Despite numerous delays, they only offered a loaner car after repeated requests. I encountered several issues with Mike, the manager there, throughout the process. When the car was finally delivered to me, it had a bent wheel. I was initially blamed for the damage, though they eventually agreed to fix it—making it sound like they were doing me a huge favor. I later discovered that another tire was mounted backwards. While they did offer to correct this as well, they continued to insist the bent wheel was my fault and refused to take any accountability. The situation escalated when the dealership owner, Paul, called me directly and told me I was a “whiny spoiled brat.” I was open to working with the dealership if they had simply apologized for how they treated me. Instead, they doubled down on blaming me and showed zero empathy throughout the experience. The only positive part of the process was the salesperson I worked with, who was professional and helpful. However, the actions of the management and ownership completely overshadowed that. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership—unless you enjoy being belittled, disrespected, and treated with complete disregard More

James was also extremely helpful, informative, professional, and patient with me. In fact, everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to and working with at this dealership were amazing. Even though I wasn’t there in person, Doug made sure everything was handled smoothly—he sent detailed photos, explained all the vehicle features, and ensured I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. He went the extra mile to coordinate delivery and made sure the car arrived exactly as promised—spotless and ready to go.
