All my experiences at Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville have been exceptional. My salesman, Doug Friedman, was very thorough when explaining all the features and benefits of my new Alfa Romeo. He made sure that I understood, was aware, and knew how to use all of the controls of my new Alfa Romeo. He answered all my questions, and made it clear that I could call him whenever I had further questions or concerns. I leased my car through the dealership, and found that to be an easy and efficient process. Everyone else at the dealership has always been friendly and helpful, including the service department, where I have always had my car serviced, and look forward to doing so in the future. More

This was my first service appointment for my 2023 Stelvio. The service department went above and beyond to take care of every little thing that I needed. From fixing a tire with a nail in it to tou Stelvio. The service department went above and beyond to take care of every little thing that I needed. From fixing a tire with a nail in it to touching up a little nick in the paint. They even pulled the winter mats out and washed them. The attention to detail was amazing. I can't imagine going anywhere else. More

My experience with Alfa Strongsville is absolutely fantastic. I own a 2018 Stelvio since 2020. I brought it to both Alfa dealers in town (Bedford). Alfa Strongsville led by Chris and his team are phe fantastic. I own a 2018 Stelvio since 2020. I brought it to both Alfa dealers in town (Bedford). Alfa Strongsville led by Chris and his team are phenomenal. Bedford was literally trying to get money out of me. 3 years ago, they told me time belt has to change. I called Strongsville and Chris told me they haven’t even started changing it for stelvios and my car was even low mileage. 3 years passed and I still use the same time belt… I had fuel tank problem and Chris and his team was able to address it right away and accurately. Also pricing wise I think they are not that different than Toyota dealership mechanics. I pay 100$ for Toyota maintenance twice a year and I pay 160$ at Alfa only once a year. When I did maintenance at Bedford, they charged me 50% more than what it costs at Strongsville and this was 2 years ago. More
