This honestly was the most difficult vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. Just from the very beginning. if this wasn’t the vehicle my fiancé truly liked I probably would’ve of just walked away. We bought this vehicle dealing with a very difficult general sales manager. He was rude and very stand-offish to myself and my fiancé. After the fact they agreed to fix a few things on the vehicle the communication again was horrible. We took the vehicle in waiting for a call to pick it up ended up waited an extra day to receive our vehicle back after not knowing which company they sent the wheels off to be resurfaced at. We had to call multiple times to have the service department tell us they had no idea what was going on. After another call then was told to contact our sales representative that had the day off. Just a very bad experience and to be honest it wasn’t our sales person’s fault at all this was on the Salesmanager and the service department. I’ve worked for a few dealerships and thought I’ve seen a lot over the past 10-12 years but this experience has taken the cake on everything I’ve seen. I truly hope this was just a one time experience but from the sounds of it when we brought it up to a few employees it doesn’t sound like it. On a positive note our salesman was very professional and apologized multiple times. Hopefully someone from the Corwin group comes across this review and can definitely reevaluate the management they have at the Bellevue store. More

So disappointed in this dealership. I brought a key in to be programmed and it didn't work, but they charged me $99 anyway. They would not budge on taking the fee off, so I was stuck wi I brought a key in to be programmed and it didn't work, but they charged me $99 anyway. I'm not typically one to call out businesses, but wanted to share our recent experience with Corwin Toyota of Bellevue in hopes of preventing others from having to go through what we are dealing with. W to share our recent experience with Corwin Toyota of Bellevue in hopes of preventing others from having to go through what we are dealing with. We purchased a used SUV for our 16 year old last week. We asked to see the full multipoint inspection report before purchasing and everything was checked as being in great condition. We purchased it and were told we had 30 days to decide on which warranty plan we wanted to go with so planned to take a few days to weigh the options before deciding. Within 2 days of getting it home we had to bring it I back to the dealership because the engine light came on. The service department noted several things that needed to be done to repair it, totaling $4000 in repair costs (we had driven it less than 50 miles). Upon arguing with them that the inspection report showed everything was in good working order, we were told that they are not responsible for their service department missing things during the inspection. After spending 6 hours at the dealership trying to rectify the situation with their sales manager, we have had to escalate it to the general manager and are now being ignored after trying to contact them several times and leaving multiple messages. Do not buy from this dealership!! Pass it on! More
