The sales staff was excellent to deal with. In fact everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. My only complaint was after all the paperwork was signed and the deal was done. When I got the truck home I realized the front valence for the truck was missing. I thought they should have supplied a replacement valence. The response I got was I can go buy one in the parts department. I was disappointed with how they treated the situation. I would still recommend Corwin Ford but I will share my story with them and let them come to their own conclusion. More
