I gave the dealership a 5-star rating based on the staff in the service department. They work under extremely stressful conditions, adeptly and patiently handling sometimes difficult and unhappy customers. in the service department. The department is obviously short-staffed which complicates the situation for the staff even further. I want to expressly mention Michael Bass. He is an asset to the department; kind, patient, communicative and explains things so that they are easy to understand. He stays calm and maintains a sense of humor which speaks to his professionalism. I hope Libertyville Honda appreciates him and the entire service department team. More
