UPDATE: I took three weeks to update this experience, seeing as how that is how long it took them to get back to us. The team (Tim-Salesman & Jason-GM) did reach out to us and apologize; however, Dan Ra seeing as how that is how long it took them to get back to us. The team (Tim-Salesman & Jason-GM) did reach out to us and apologize; however, Dan Raba, Sales Manager) Who Jason said would get back to me never really did. He played text games like a 12-year-old schoolgirl. Even when I called and left him a message, he never actually called me back. Not what I would expect out of an adult Sales Manager. Dan should be lucky he does not work for me, as he would be gone for his lack of maturity and ability to follow up with customers. Anyways, the Honda of Libertyville Team did pull through in the end by not being able to locate the floormats and purchased a really nice high-end matching Ford Bronco floormat. Better than expected. In all fairness, they initially tried to play the game of we will get you the carpet mats, or if you remove the review, you can get the high-end mats. I explained to them that I'm kind of about principle, in case you haven't noticed. Strong-arming does not work for me. That's not going to happen, in case you can't tell. I said, put yourself in my shoes during this experience, how would you feel? They said point well taken. So in the end, Team Honda of Libertyville pulled through, but they just got off to a really, and I mean really, slow start. In all fairness, without this post, I'm not certain how things would have ended. But they ended well. The End - Semi-Upset Customer More
