AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I’ve never had a worse experience with a car dealership. The most unprofessional, unethical people I’ve ever dealt with. Treated like dirt and completely disrespected by salesman Mark with a car dealership. The most unprofessional, unethical people I’ve ever dealt with. Treated like dirt and completely disrespected by salesman Mark L stating “you weren’t going to buy the car anyway!” As if I can’t afford it! Contacted the GM, Michael, via email and never even got an acknowledgement of the email to learn about the situation and see if or how he could make it right. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!!!! I live 10 mins from here, and will be driving to another Subaru dealer that’s 40 mins away for anything service or sales related. I will never spend another dollar at Troncalli. If I could give negative stars, I would! This place gives the “car salesman” their bad rep. More

Everyone I dealt with, from GM Mike Barlow to Judson Attaway and Alexander Tharpe in Finance, as well my Sales Associate James Kesler, made the whole experience a smooth and pleasant one. Due to my work schedule, most of the deal was handled by phone, and they were very accommodating in arranging the delivery. I consulted with several dealers before making my decision. Of everyone I worked with, James was the best at remembering my requirements and taking care to address them. With other dealers, I felt like I had to re-state everything each time we spoke - very frustrating. Thanks to the whole team at Troncalli Subaru for a great buying experience! More
