I had done a lot of research (dealerships, prices, finance rates) before going into the dealership to check out the Encore. I had intended to check out two more auto makes but I took a test drive and liked the Encore. Price negotiations went smoothly. I chose to finance with a credit union, but financing discussions went normally. I decided to purchase that day because I felt I was being treated fairly. More
