From the time of my call inquiring about the problems that I was experiencing with my car Mike was a good listener and gave me good advice on what to do and how to accomplish the task. Initially I was apprehensive about bringing my car in for service but Mike took the time to go over my vehicle warranty and the importance of having my car examined before any additional damage occurred to the car. When I arrived I was able to check-in pick-up a loaner vehicle and head out to work within 15-minutes. Thinking that I wouldn't hear from Mike for at least a couple of days that same afternoon I received a call telling me that my car was ready for pick-up and an explanation of what was done to the car. Upon arrival back to the dealership to pick-up my car I noticed that my car was sitting out front and ready to go plus the payment details were exactly the same as they were when we talked on the phone.
