Mel was my sales rep and he went "above and beyond" to ensure we had a positive experience throughout the entire process. Never overbearing, very straight forward. Made sure we were buying the right car to meet our specific needs. Kenny was our finance guy. Also, no high pressure pitch to buy the add-ons, just a thorough overview of all products so we could make an informed decision. Last, but certainly not least, is Jimmie,, the SYNC guru. He sat down and spent as much time as we could give him going through the SYNC system and other features of our all electric car. We still need to go to one of his Saturday classes but I could not imagine trying to figure all the SYNC stuff without his help. Great job by all three gentlemen. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. More

Great experience! I would recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a car... No where else can you find such genuine, friendly customer service. I was impressed with the atmosphere walking in and their sales approach throughout our visit. Melvin was the sales associate we worked with, and he patiently and willingly walked us through all our questions as they came. Tony worked with our finances, and like Melvin he had a genuine approach as we filled out paperwork and talked details. Both had us laughing all the way through. Completely painless visit- in and out within an hour and a half. Very pleased and very thankful! More

Great Salesman, Okay Finance Mel is a great salesman and this is the second car that I have purchased from him. He was spot on for his estimates in my financing and made the purchase fairly straightforward. The only spot for improvement would be the finance department, as with any other dealership they can be very pushy and make the signing part a little uncomfortable. I had my husband there for support and walked away with my brand new Edge which I love so much! I respect Mel and appreciate his process, he is a pleasure to work with. More

Good vehicle selection and responsive sales staff. We were pleased with the explanations of the lease and purchase options available to us. The only negative is that we received an advertised offer v were pleased with the explanations of the lease and purchase options available to us. The only negative is that we received an advertised offer via e-mail to lease the vehicle at $20/month less 6 days after we bought the vehicle. We were compensated with one month lease payment which helps the situation but two months would have been better. We are very satisfied with the vehicle so far. I wanted to thank you for employing a sales professional like Melvin Seibel. After spending nearly three fruitless hours at Grapevine Ford trying to pay cash for a 2014 Explorer, we walked out. I made two phone calls—one to Klement up in Decatur and the second to your store. Melvin called me back right away. I explained the situation, provided him the sticker VIN of the vehicle we had tried to purchase at Grapevine, and he went to work. Not only did he locate a vehicle that matched our requirements, he went out of his way to get it prepped and ready for pick up yesterday evening. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what most any other sales person would do to earn our business. As a result, my daughter and her husband drove off your NRH lot last night thrilled with their brand new 2014 Explorer. He also followed-up with Brittany today to make sure everything was meeting their expectations on the new vehicle.
