When my lease end date was approaching unfortunately I could not locate a new Honda in the color that I wanted so I went in a different direction with a new lease. We reached out to Melinda to see if turning in our current lease a few months early was an option. She not only made this possible, but she handled the entire transaction with ease and with very little effort on our part which is pretty rare nowadays. The world seems to have shifted from customer focused service to self service and it is so refreshing that people like Melinda and Ide Honda still exist.
