I went to a few dealerships before landing at Ide. I was so fortunate to be hooked up with Melinda. She was unlike all the other sales people I had encountered that were very up front that they didn't I was so fortunate to be hooked up with Melinda. She was unlike all the other sales people I had encountered that were very up front that they didn't care if they sold a care or not. They made it clear my buisness made no impact. They were cocky and had very little knowledge about the cars I was interested in. Meeting Melinda was like having coffee with a friend. I felt like I had known her forever. She was soft spoken, kind and truly seemed to care if she gained my business. She didn't feed me any of the typical car salesmen lines. She was pleasurable and easy to work with. She showed me how to work my new car-taught me everything I needed to know. And when I had questions a few days later, she was easy to contact and very receptive to helping me. I left my airpods in my previous car. She found them, and kept them safe. She made it clear she would be available for anything I needed. I left with a sense of importance. A truly wonderful experience for someone who had to buy her first car on her own!! More
