I had to bring the Highlander back the next day since your technician did not top off the fluids, leaving the coolant reservoir dry, the hybrid coolant low and windshield reservoir below half. Also, I checked my tire pressures and all were different, LF-39.3, LR-34.6, RF38.5, RR38.1, tells me you didn't check them! Makes me wish I would have marked my tires since a rotation was included in the oil change. I'm almost afraid to check the lug nut torque, but I'm going to. Curious that you don't place an oil change sticker on the inside of the windshield. I asked to see a acquisition person to give me a price for this Highlander, my advisor sent over a black lady, she took pictures and my contact info and said she would text me a price for the car. Never heard from her. You guys pretty much failed on every aspect concerning this car. I was considering getting it detailed by you but I read on Yelp that your detailing service has a quality issue. I wouldn't be surprised judging by my experience. You can't get away with doing substandard work in a small town like this, it will get out on social media, which I'm considering doing.
