I have used the Sierra Toyota Service Center for many years and always got great service until about the last 2-3 years. Suddenly it became very difficult to get in touch with anybody to schedule servic years and always got great service until about the last 2-3 years. Suddenly it became very difficult to get in touch with anybody to schedule service. Leaving messages did no good as I would not receive a call back and would end up calling several times. In addition, every time I brought my RAV4 in for service, they would continually try to sell me things that I did not need. Finally, I was constantly getting coupons from Sierra Toyota and NEVER could use them. There was always some small print that did not allow me to use the coupons. For these and other reasons, I just traded my RAV4 in for a Cadillac XT4. Please delete me from your mailing list. More
