You said I needed new lights and assembly to pass inspection. Not bright enough. That was bologna. Passed inspection fine. Lights are so bright they blind. I have always had good feelings about my Hyundai service department. My husband and I have had five Hyundais since we moved to Vinton in 2005. Since he passed away in 2015, I have owned two Santa Fe SUVs department. My husband and I have had five Hyundais since we moved to Vinton in 2005. Since he passed away in 2015, I have owned two Santa Fe SUVs and Wayne Lewis has sold us all of them. Until this year, no extensive work was needed on our vehicles. The only complaint I have had was this last time when I was told my vehicle would be ready by Friday, May 30. It was not. That was okay but I had an important event that I needed to leave on June 4. Then “maybe Monday…..then maybe by Tuesday June 3rd. I had to beg them to have it ready because I needed to leave early on the 4th. Finally I was able to pick up my Santa Fe by 5:00 Tuesday afternoon! Maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like having owned five Hyundais since living in the area for 20 years, I would expect some consideration. But….. I love my Santa Fe!! And I love the people who work there, especially Wayne Lewis! More

Service dept personnel are professional , courteous , and knowledgeable. They have always kept me informed of any issues during service and run the vehicles through car wash if requested , the multipoint inspection is another plus and keeps you up to date on items requiring future attention ! Service was completed in a timely manner. I asked for the radio to be checked. It took approximately 12 times to get the radio to turn on before traveling to this service appointment. I asked the customer service to have the technician check the radio for codes. Service technician either did not check it or it could not be checked on a Saturday appointment? More
