
As the Service Assistant at Grote Mitsubishi, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued in our service department. I take pride in answering all customer calls promptly and scheduling vehicle services at their earliest convenience to accommodate their busy lives. In my role, I work closely with our Service Writer, Zach, to assist in daily operations while continuously expanding my knowledge of the automotive service industry. My responsibilities include writing purchase orders (POs) and repair orders (ROs), maintaining a clean and inviting service area, and keeping customers updated on repair timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Additionally, I handle cashiering duties and am always ready to assist with anything that contributes to the efficiency and success of our department.

Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing. There are no MItsubishi dealerships in my area so I have about a 2 hour drive and Zach couldn't have been more sympathetic. He kept in constant contact with me, notifying me when parts arrived so I wasn't making an unnecessary trip. He was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I had to rush. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team. Even Megan the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. What a great staff!!! More
