We took out Tucson in for a recall. The loaner we requested took an extra 3 weeks and I still had to call back. The service part was fine. I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership, which began on the sales side and has unfortunately persisted on the service side as well. There seems to be no pride in work, nor qualit dealership, which began on the sales side and has unfortunately persisted on the service side as well. There seems to be no pride in work, nor quality-control procedures of any kind at this dealership. Getting in touch with a live human being is next to impossible, and response times are ridiculous. I’ve tried reaching out to the GM, but he-as expected-pushed me off on someone else, having never followed up with me again to check on the outcome. Said outcome has been terrible with additional damage sustained to my vehicle while in their care (cracked front windshield) and shoddy workmanship putting my front passenger in danger with a seatbelt that was not properly reinstalled after their 2nd attempt to fix a faulty sunroof seal. I could go on with many other details of poor service and mistakes that have been made, but I’m not sure anyone will ever even read this review so I won’t waste my time here. More
