Josh Westfall responded to an online inquiry of mine and after talking for a bit we determined that they did not have the vehicle I wanted and would not be getting it in. Unlike everyone else out there, after we hung up, Josh did a search in his system for any other dealers that might have the vehicle I want. This is something I would not have been able to do. He then sent me a number of listings that were great options. He did not need to do this and already knew there was no direct benefit for him as I was not buying from this dealership but he did it because he wanted to. A red CX5 was in the showroom, and as i went to it, CHARLIE approached me and i mentioned i didn't have much time (for personal reason) and he said - very understandingly and sincerily helpful - that if i just gave him 2 minutes, he could actually provide me with real numbers... then Joshua joined us and the rest is now history.!!!
