Terribly disappointed that Heritage Honda did not provide a first complimentary oil change for our new Honda HRV we bought off of your showroom floor! This is our sixth Honda in a row and the third one bough a first complimentary oil change for our new Honda HRV we bought off of your showroom floor! This is our sixth Honda in a row and the third one bought at Heritage Honda. What a disappointment! More
