I had been studying about cars and had an interest in a used Toyota there. I was in contact with Roger about that car. I decided to just show up and ended up with Roger as the sales associate anyway. Ronny made things easy. He was great to deal with and was 100% up front about the details of the deal. The car was readied for pickup in beautiful condition and Ronny went over all of the features with us. Max in finance was also great to deal with. If it weren’t for us constantly interrupting him and chatting about all things cars, we’d probably have been done with the financing part in about 10 minutes! but just the fact that it took a good 45 minutes is proof of what a pleasant experience we were having.
