The service received was not bad. A couple of things that were off: I could not tell if the tires were truly rotated. To me, it did not appear so - I could be wrong on that one. Oil was added, but the % sensor was not reset to 100%, not a big deal. Lastly, the battery cover was not set back properly, leaving the components of the inner casing completely exposed. Again, not big issues to deal with, all is well. The real problem is that with automobile engines: things add up over time, and one thing leads to another if details are neglected. I love El Dorado and will be back. Not sure if other Clients are experiencing some of the same; so thought it may be important for someone to know.
