Every time I bring my car in for service I expect to deal with an issue w the human side of their service and once again this was the case. I just don’t understand why this always happens when you have a p with an issue w the human side of their service and once again this was the case. I just don’t understand why this always happens when you have a person whose job it is to maintain contact with your customers so they know when their car is ready. There is no transparency which leads to customers getting screwed left and right. I can literally write stories of how poor this dealership is run and only go back to them bc my xxx jeep has so many issues and needs to be fixed. Ugh. Can’t stand Salerno…for years. Oh and this is my fourth vehicle from this place, you would think they would at some point realize I leave upset every time. Def my last. I dropped my jeep to 10am for tire change and new brake pads. at 330 I received a voicemail that “they are wrapping up everything for the day bc they are missing a part”. I go to the dealership to pick up my car and it is not ready for another hour. A hour would have been 430, instead salerno calls and leaves a message at 552pm letting me know my car is done and needs to be picked up by 6pm. What??! I had no car to take my kids to events and to school in the am despite it pouring outside. And lastly a credit card fee in addition to the thousands it costs to repair my car. It cost me $54 to use a credit card. I’m so done. You stink! As usual. More

When I booked the appointment I told them that the car needs to be looked at by a senior technician. I gave them the bulletin that explained the problem. I still don't know whether its been fixed or looke needs to be looked at by a senior technician. I gave them the bulletin that explained the problem. It took over 4 weeks to get an appointment. Then 1 week wait just to have my car looked at. Then another week to have a part delivered and then installed.
