Everytime I take my car to get the normal maintenance done. I smile the while time. Everyone is so helpful, courteous and knowledgable about my car. I have tried to get ahold of you to have my car changed from a lease to a buyout and I have yet to hear from you. This has gone on for over a month, I have called to speck to the GM and he has yet to call from a lease to a buyout and I have yet to hear from you.
