I have tried to get ahold of you to have my car changed from a lease to a buyout and I have yet to hear from you. My wife waited two and a half hours for an oil change. She was there with a 2 year old and a 1 year old. She watch 3 other vehicles get serviced before hers that got there after she did and she was early She was there with a 2 year old and a 1 year old.
