They actually have good cars, but unfortunately not very good sales service and folowthru. I paid full price without negotiating to get car delivered, which they did. However they never followed up with what was promised, such as they key, the documents, instructions and agreements, etc. For example, I asked for a copy of the purchase agreement dozens of times but sales person just sent blurry iphone photos, which were not accepted by the state for the rebate ( Actually other dealers do the rebate for you ) Finally after calling the manager I received the document I had asked for weeks on end. It only took 2 minutes so don't know why It wasn't done the many times I asked. In all it was a frustrating experience but the car is great and I am happy with it, once I figure out how to operate it! More
