Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

The techicican nees to pay attention and go through all refilling of oil, engine oil, washer fluid etc. This is my 4th time in less than 2 months and still have same issue. The Service Department has keep my 2014 BMW running like new! My Service Advisor, Carol Muniz, kept me informed, while the car was being serviced. My last Service Advisor, Adam Romano was just promoted t new! My Service Advisor, Carol Muniz, kept me informed, while the car was being serviced. My last Service Advisor, Adam Romano was just promoted to Assistant Service Manager. A well deserved promotion! Chris Blanco, Service Manager, is honest and trustworthy and I can always count on his knowledge and friendship! Matt Carlson, is the General Manager, of Rallye BMW and he was my first service advisor way back in 2004. He is a true gentleman and leader! He has created a tremendous team! Looking forward to getting another car from Rallye this coming January. More
