Your service department gave me a detailed list of what was "wrong" with my car. I replaced/ fixed everything on the list for a fraction of the price you offered by fixing it myself and it did not fix my p was "wrong" with my car. Turns out the problem with my car was nothing that your service team was going to charge me for but was instead an entire different part (which cost me a total of $34 and about 15 mins of my time instead of the $2,500+ you wanted to charge me). Hire a better team and fairly charge on your service. The most expensive cost on fixing my car was the service inspection which was entirely incorrect anyway. You make money by scamming people. I will never use your services again. Matt was a great rep though, not a single thing he could have done differently with the information he had! More
