Wish I could give them zero! Recently bought a Honda ridgeline. I have put about $3000 into it immediately. They say they only fix safety issues which essentially has been reduce Recently bought a Honda ridgeline. I have put about $3000 into it immediately. They say they only fix safety issues which essentially has been reduced to brakes and lights.... So all other things that are wrong with the car are yours to deal with. One thing they said they fixed forsure were the brakes. They only replaced the pads and left me with wildly rusted calipers that seized shortly after and ruined the brake pads.... Had to buy new brakes...Not covered by your warranty. Had to replace the timing belt and water pump $900. And then a the piece of my roof that contained a light flew off and hit another car on the highway obvious safety issues.... Not to Honda Middleburg. Still waiting for quote over 3 weeks now to get it replaced. So just ask yourself if poor tech inspections with poor service backed by an unusable warranty for a car that falls apart in the wind at 123k miles and comes with thousands of dollars in repairs is the reason you decided to choose a Honda? Or a dealership that cuts as many corners as possible to pass as many problems and expenses to the customer? Don't shop there. Also shout out to my sales guy who only had "crazy wind we've been having" to say. More

We are truly appreciative of all their hard work and their diligence in fixing the issues we were experiencing in such a professional and timely manner. After less than satisfactory service and definitely less than acceptable condensing personal treatment at two other dealers in the area it was definitely a breath of fresh air to come to them for our parts and now service needs. We have been availing ourselves of the services of their parts department for some time now as they also have treated us with exceptional professionalism, care and respect as compared to two other previous visited dealers in the area. I am and old disabled vet and am not an idiot when it comes to the maintenance and repair of vehicles as I once did this work for a living, all of their staff even thought I am certainly not at their level of familiarity and expertise with Honda vehicles as I once was on the wide verity of vehicles I once worked on, their staff still treats me with respect and that is more than appreciated!!! Can't thank David and all their staff for everything and be assured we will be seeing them again as our future needs arises. And we will certainly recommend them to anyone who might be interested in a Honda or has the need for Honda servicing or parts More
