Do NOT do business with these people. They will give you at least $3000 less for your trade-in than any other dealer in the area and it literally takes HOURS for them to do anything. They They will give you at least $3000 less for your trade-in than any other dealer in the area and it literally takes HOURS for them to do anything. They hand you a really lame line that "you're saving on taxes when you trade on for a new car." Yes, you are, but you can save on taxes at any dealership AND at other dealerships they will give you a fair price for your trade. More

Straight forward, if not rigid, in negotiating price. Good price overall, but BS dealer fees almost killed the deal.
