These guys are a bunch of Lazy Crooks. I would NEVER buy from them or bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my 2019 vehicle in for Warranty repair on December 10th. They told me they were waiting for from them or bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my 2019 vehicle in for Warranty repair on December 10th. They told me they were waiting for Dodge's approval to do the warranty work. After waiting nearly 1 month, I started calling weekly for updates, each time they knew nothing about my claim. They finally called me back to tell me it had been denied. I called Chrysler customer care, they looked it up and told me a warranty request was never submitted. Update: After response of the "owner" I called Matt Ryan. He refused to warranty my claim without giving ANY evidence, and refused to send me that in writing. Despite decades of business between my family and Ryan Dealerships, I would never buy as much as a popsicle from these Frauds. More

This dealership is top notch! I went in for an oil change with no intentions of buying. Before the oil change was done I had a price on a new vehicle and what my trade was worth. They let me take the change with no intentions of buying. Before the oil change was done I had a price on a new vehicle and what my trade was worth. They let me take the new vehicle home to make sure it fit in the garage. I called them on my way back and said let’s do the deal and by the time I got back all the paperwork was ready.
