Took 2025 X1 in for shaking coming from front end. Car was doing this for a few months but could only take it in now. In my 2 year ownership I had an instance with my BMW X5 when the oil drain plug couldn’t be tightened anymore and the dealer had to replace the oil pan. I had purchased a warranty that covered it, but at f when the oil drain plug couldn’t be tightened anymore and the dealer had to replace the oil pan. I had purchased a warranty that covered it, but at first they wanted me to pay out of pocket. I had a little argument with them, and at the end the dealer fixed it under the warranty. I would suggest anyone to carefully read their warranty contracts. Overall experience has been fine but it can be better. More

Amazing team at McGovern BMW. Matt has always been great to deal with and is a main reason I continue to buy and have my M’s serviced here. This visit was a routine service check.
