The documentation you provided with your name, shows to only be a quote for the warranty. We recommend that you speak to the warranty company directly for resolve.

Your response is full of lies, as you know as well as I do that the warranty that I have in hand became active on 5/2/24. Quotes are not active warranties. In addition, the warranty is one that the previous owner purchased, and one you no longer even sell. Your own finance manager confirmed that. So I have a warranty the previous owner purchased, that was transferred to me legally, and became active on 5/2/24. This was confirmed by the warranty company representative in an email. The only issue we’ve now discovered, is that your dealership didn’t submit the appropriate paperwork in time, causing the warranty to be voided. Further proof of gross negligence on your part! As I stated previously as you can now read WHY. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL SCREW YOU LIKE THEY SCREWED ME AND MANY OTHERS.
