Had an excellent experience when I took my car in for an oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of the oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of them. After I ordered touch up paint, he gave me complete instructions on how to use it. I am happy customer and will be back for my next oil change. More

I made an appointment that was supposed to take an hour. When I arrived they said it might take two hours. It took nearly 4 hours for an inspection!
