The service department and manager do everything they can to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Everything comes down to "well, you signed the document" so make sure to look over your ca to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. brakes my daughter bought a used Camry from this dealership before the 1st month was out the brakes went out not only did they tell her they would not help h my daughter bought a used Camry from this dealership before the 1st month was out the brakes went out not only did they tell her they would not help her out on the repair but she should not drive the car and they could fix it for $600, she came to me and I replace her brake pads for $50 ,they could have put the pads on and had a very satisfied customer that would have recommended them, but they tried to RIP her off and she will be telling everyone she knows to never buy from them More

I trust the Toyota service department! I thought my Rav needed new brakes.. I always have service done at Weis.. they were totally honest and trustworthy and told me I didn't need new brake I thought my Rav needed new brakes.. I always have service done at Weis.. they were totally honest and trustworthy and told me I didn't need new brakes... they just had rust in them.. so they cleaned them and I was out the door! Totally trust the service depart - they are honest and dependable!! More
