Every good except I went ahead and had some other things done besides the oil change and it took a little longer than I thought . I did drop it off and went to lunch and was expecting it to be done in a cou done besides the oil change and it took a little longer than I thought . But other than that, I’d take my car there all the time and I have a FJ that I plan on bringing by there also it’s a 2014 and I was gonna see what kind of services I could get done on that thank you and have a great day More

Typical used car experience with dealership trying tricks to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not cleaned well before pickup and we had to bring it back to get items repaired, which was a process to get scheduled (three phone calls). The layout of the dealership is horrible. They need a second exit if they are going to have the repair shop located where it is. Lots of chaos dropping vehicle off for the repair. Overall, not impressed with dealership experience. More
