I was very disappointed that in Finance I was given a series of forms to sign. After just automatically signing many forms, then there was one that asked which of three levels of warranty I wanted. This series of forms to sign. After just automatically signing many forms, then there was one that asked which of three levels of warranty I wanted. This was confusing and I simply chose "standard" because I thought this was about the standard 36 month warranty, and signed the form. It was not clearly explained that this was an extended warranty, and NO price was mentioned. When the forms and final invoice were printed out, I noticed the price had increased by more than $2,800 over the original quote. At this point I did reject the extended warranty, and the forms had to be printed again. More

My wife and I had an amazing experience at King Windward Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I fee Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I feel that some people forget to take that into account when shopping for a new vehicle. We were approached shortly after arriving by Joe Della Penna. He took us around the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles that might fit our interests and happily asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. There was no implication of any type of pressure to purchase and no desperation. We ended up talking numbers and getting the car. Although it wasn't a Nissan, he showed us just about everything he knew about the car and left us feeling comfortable with what we bought. The staff at KWN were patient, professional and knowledgeable. If a chance arises again, we will definitely return and consider another purchase from this team. Thank you for the great experience! Exceptional attention from Jessica Kondo at King Windward who was quick in responding to our interest in the Rogue, and provided info about the various options. She also gave us a list of cars in stock on si who was quick in responding to our interest in the Rogue, and provided info about the various options. She also gave us a list of cars in stock on site that met our specifications and had them out for us to look at on our first visit. This really made it easy to compare. She also gave us lots of information during the test drive and even after buying the car has remained in contact making sure the car is running well and we didn’t have questions or problems. She has been updating us on mats we ordered and delivery of license plates etc. Throughout the entire process, Jessica has been very attentive to our needs, friendly and upbeat making the whole car buying experience the best we’ve ever had over 40 years. Financing with Matt Moriki was also a very smooth process. More
