No delayed replies, no generic/universally formatted replies, they emailed me direct! My family & I arrived @ DCH, & we met w/ Christine who introduced us to Pete. He sat & spoke w/ us, discussed our preferences, viewed our choices, & further narrowed our list, as well as explaining why. Pete was great! He never stopped working w/ us (or for us!) Pete answered our questions & concerns, & offered us privacy to discuss among ourselves...with absolutely no pressure. Pete introduced us to Matt who worked w/ us as well, very professional, & again, no pressure. With the finish line in sight, I met w/ Chad, who was very thorough, explaining all options, & answering any financial questions...Chad basically explained "how much for how much!" Period! Perfect! Also, Kudos! to the employees who (as finalization was taking place) were cleaning and detailing the vehicle. When I left, my RAV4 looked brand new. More

We had a great experience at DCH. I was looking for a good deal on a 2017 truck but found such an awesome price on a brand new 2018 Highlander at DCH. DCH Freehold Toyota Stands Out From my experience, DCH Freehold Toyota is the antithesis of what you already think of car dealerships. From bottom to top, they were very upfront, c From my experience, DCH Freehold Toyota is the antithesis of what you already think of car dealerships. From bottom to top, they were very upfront, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Justin Raymond is the salesman we were paired up with, and I’m so grateful for it. He was such a cool guy, genuinely cared about our well-being, and was as honest as it gets. My wife and I went into DCH Freehold Toyota pretty stressed out. We’ve been researching for weeks, been to several dealerships before them and we were pretty much exhausted from all the research, car shopping and dealership tricks being played on us. Justin eased up the tension by being himself, cracking some jokes, while being serious when we needed to talk business specifics. Even after our purchase, he noticed some cracks in our windshield, and organized for a repair or replacement, free of cost. He filled our tires since an indicator was showing some deflation, also noticed there were no floor mats, so he replaced them with some good ones. He didn’t need to do any of that, but he did. He was a great reminder that there are still some genuine men and women out there trying to do business the right way. I don’t gain anything from saying this, but if you want a good deal while being treated well and professionally, walk into that dealership and ask for Justin Raymond. Justin and the rest of the guys at DCH Freehold Toyota were almost too honest. I went there at the end of the month because I knew they'd be trying to meet some sort of sales threshold, so I'd most likely be getting a good deal. It was mentioned to me twice that they were way below their threshold, so it was obvious to me that they'd be willing to give a little more wiggle room in pricing, which they did. I got an unbelievable price for a 2014 CPO Camry. Even though I purchased a CPO car, I asked if I could get this inspected by a certified technician of my own. They were willing to hold the car until the next day, and even waived the deposit fee. They really went the extra mile for me. I have Justin, Dennis and Matthew to thank for that. To those leaving negative reviews, maybe I got lucky, or maybe some of you get back what you give. If you treat these guys like the xxxx of the earth, a natural human response isn’t going to be to go the extra mile for you. Do your research, be courteous and try to work a deal with them. If it doesn’t work out, move on. If you don’t get the price you want, maybe you’re not being realistic, or even if you’re bluffing to get the deal, you don’t need to be a jerk about it. More
