Matt Long directed me to a new 2019 LX as a replacement for my 2016 LX that I was returning in on end of lease. It had everything that I told him in advance I wanted in a new vehicle. While I was finalizing the lease paperwork he and the staff prepared the car so I could get out the door as quickly as possible. It was immaculately clean and had a full tank of gas. That attention to details make for a good impression and overall experience. The send off by the entire staff as I drove off the lot is something I’ll remember since it was a first for me and I’ve purchased or leased many cars in my life. More

With all this being said my only intention was to come meet her and look around and maybe in a few months buy a Lexus but having Desiree guide me and answer all my questions I actually bought my Lexus that same day!! Who knew??!!! This employee deserves acknowledgement for her hard work and devotion.
