Our experience with Courtesy Buick was OFF THE CHART. Who does that in today’s world! Every salesperson that helped us make an informed decision was absolutely awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable of their product and service. Each were friendly, patient, professional and as the name implies, most COURTEOUS! After visiting their interactive website several times, our first contact was over the phone with Rick Bowling. He answered a lot of questions for us and arranged a visit for a test drive. Upon our arrival Mr Moody, the GM, got up to get the Sales Manager, Ari Leblanc, to assist us. He then brought in a Sales Consultant, Mickey Hendrick, to go with us on our test drive and to answer any questions we had about the 2024 Buick Envision. We discussed price, and I have to be honest here, the price we were quoted was fair and reasonable. Ari then had Matt Kremer, another Sales Consultant, go over the paperwork required to get me the $500 military discount. While he was getting our vehicle washed and prepped Ari went over the preliminary worksheet with us and discussed financing options. The Finance Manger, Michelle Lauersdorf, helped us acquire a rate better than I could get at my credit union. This was a team effort and, honestly, I felt as if I was part of the team. Go figure! All in all this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. My wife and I are very happy with our new Buick Envision and are most appreciative of everyone who worked with us. If you are reading this and thinking about purchasing a new Buick or GMC vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit Courtesy Buick GMC to check out their great deals.
