This was a fair experience overall The best part about this was they put me in the vehicle I wanted. I have no complaints with that. A couple of things weren't explained to me...such as The best part about this was they put me in the vehicle I wanted. I have no complaints with that. A couple of things weren't explained to me...such as enrollment in AutoPay plus at an additional cost to me. The finance department never told me. With the vehicle being certified I would expect to not have to replace bulbs within 2 weeks of purchase. The user manual was not included with the vehicle and when I picked it up, the second key was not made. I was told it was a mix up in the system that didn't note the Pathfinder was certified used. I was told I would need to come back and it would be about an hour to make the keys. I have not had good experiences with car purchase but what made this one better is I did find the perfect fit. More

Glad I came back-fairly new management-much better 8) I was concerned when two of my "idiot" lights came on within 2 weeks. If it was still under the old management I wouldn't have gone to Dartmouth Niss I was concerned when two of my "idiot" lights came on within 2 weeks. If it was still under the old management I wouldn't have gone to Dartmouth Nissan. However, since it's been under new management for a while now I have been back twice and am very happy. They don't pressure me for any other expensive procedure when I'm there. I know my car.. worked on cars for years alongside my late husband... Now I feel more confident about going to Dartmouth Nissan. which is good because I'm getting too old to be crawling through/under my car now. 8) More
