dealership was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent — I constantly had to reach out for updates, and when I did get

The biggest issue was that they sold me a car without having the title ready, and I wasn’t informed of this until after I had already signed the paperwork. This should have been disclosed upfront.
On top of that, the car wasn’t properly cleaned before pickup, which just added to the feeling of carelessness throughout the whole process.
Overall, I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Dartmouth Nissan has never fallen short in providing service to me and my vehicles. If by accident, I said that on the survey, I did not mean it at all. Maybe I pressed the wrong response. But I have absolutely no problem with Dartmouth Nissan and would totally recommend them to anyone! As I said, Derek can service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
