
Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. I spoke to Mercedes about a Blazer the same color as my first Camero. Much to my surprise she found a Blazer for me that was the right color! I was so happy I went to see the Blazer a few days earlier tha first Camero. Much to my surprise she found a Blazer for me that was the right color! I was so happy I went to see the Blazer a few days earlier than my appointment because I was thinking that someone else might see the Blazer and purchase it before I would see it. Matt the Salesman who took my husband and I for a test ride in Blazers a couple of weeks ago helped us with the purchase. My husband had had surgery the day before, but he went with me and he also liked the Blazer. Happily, today the Blazer is at my house. Thank you Mercedes and Matt. More

We purchased a 2024 Buick and traded in our current vehicle, getting a great rate at a price we could afford. I feel like the energy that was given was happiness because a vehicle was being purchased. I don’t know what kind of inspection was performed and a day / two later see that the transmission is slipping because a vehicle was being purchased. I don’t know what kind of inspection was performed and a day / two later see that the transmission is slipping and then to be told we do a look over and doing a major repair wouldn’t be work it and most times many vehicles are sent back to auction. It seems like her you signed and that’s it. There was no attempt to have their mechanics look at it just hey did you purchase the warranty? I will be looking into what laws surround this. I get as is with the assumption that an inspection is done before the vehicle leaves the lot. Not we did an oil change and changed a brake pad. I wish more accountability was taken. Originally I would have recommended them but this is not the case. Now I plan on posting my reviews to every site I can . More
