Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. At first, they are super helpful selling you a car. I bought a CPO Silverado in 2024 About a week later, I had to bring it in to get serviced because the transmission was whining, slipping, not chan I bought a CPO Silverado in 2024 About a week later, I had to bring it in to get serviced because the transmission was whining, slipping, not changing gears properly. I've called multiple times trying to get a courtesy vehicle, because i bought a truck for a reason, I need a truck. They sent me to enterprise to get a tiny sedan... A month later, the truck is still in with the service department. Dalton in service is awesome, and super helpful, but the rest of stingray will never call you back, return messages, try to help to make anything better. They sent me this review thing when i first bought it, and i've tried calling to give them the chance to make it better, nobody ever calls back. I held off on writing this bad review for an entire month. Will not be returning to stingray, terrible experience, minus Dalton in service. He's great. More

I came to stingray Chevrolet on 5/18/24 along with my husband. I had a pre-approved loan and was ready to purchase. Our salesman was Matt. We proceeded to the lot to see the equinox LT’s available. When I asked Matt a question, he acted as if he didn’t understand yet comprehended when my husband asked the same question. He seemed to only be speaking to my husband as if I weren’t there. I found this to be rude and disrespectful. My husband redirected him more than once clarifying that I am the one buying the car. We agreed on a price and paperwork was drawn. My husband’s name was showing as the buyer. When I asked for this to be corrected Matt became agitated. Stating that it didn’t matter. He said it would take too long to change it to my name. He continued to insist that “It doesn’t matter”. The problem is it did matter to the person making the purchase. The loan was in my name. The payments would be coming out of my paycheck. My husband and I both agreed that I should be listed as the buyer. I don’t understand why it was such a big deal if it” doesn’t matter”. He then went on to explain (mansplain) things that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. The paperwork was reluctantly redone in my name. Unfortunately, my last name was incorrect. After putting up with more than I should have, I left the dealership without a new car. It had nothing to do with haggling over price. It had everything to do with being disrespected and patronized. I had no problem finding a similar Equinox LT to purchase at a different dealership. To my advantage I found a 2024 (with all the same options) at a lower price than the 2023 I planned to purchase at stingray. Stingray Chevrolet has always been our “go to” dealership. My husband and I as well as our daughter have purchased from them. Matt proved to be no asset to this dealership. He was easily irritated and disrespectful. Buying a car can be stressful but Matt made it unbearable. More

This is my third time trying to do business with this dealer. We have purchased 10 corvettes over the years elsewhere and wanted to buy from Stingray. The car we chose didn’t work out but there were thre dealer. We have purchased 10 corvettes over the years elsewhere and wanted to buy from Stingray. The car we chose didn’t work out but there were three others we were interested in. I texted the salesperson and his backup early in the morning to let them know there were three other cars we were very interested in. We were ready to drive 300 miles to make a deal. I received no response from either. The next day I texted again and got a reply from the salesperson who stated he was so busy all day and proceeded to outline his activities that day including that he had no dinner, just a whole bunch of excuses and a lame apology. A simple reply the day I reached out acknowledging my inquiry and saying he’d get back to me would have been great. He never made a sincere effort to even try and earn back my trust or business. A week later his backup calls me to see if I am still interested. What a joke. She never replied to my text and then just went on about how she did and that she called me numerous times and left messages. I did get her last message in which she couldn’t even get my name straight. Sorry…..lies are not very becoming. She then hung up on me. So that’s the end of us ever trying to buy a $100k corvette from these people. More
