As an Embassy representative, I was impressed with the friendliness, courtesies and friendly and detailed easy explanations required for a decision to be taken towards an eventual purchase. I was so impressed that I took a decision within 40 minutes to purchase and bought a new unit Suburban SUV the next day and drove away with the vehicle within minutes of presenting the check. Buying a new car can actually be easy and fun. My sales person, Mas, was extremely professional and knowledgeable answering my many questions. My first contact was through the internet, which was responded to within a few minutes. We exchanged a couple of emails and phone calls in a very short period of time. Kayla arranged for someone to meet me, Mas Hill, who promptly met me as I arrived with the vehicle that I inquired about parked directly in front of the entrance, very impressive. We went on a test drive and began a quick and playful negotiation with Omar Hernandez. On to financing and out the door very quickly. Having purchased over 70 vehicles over the past 40 years, I have ample experience to draw on. I was pleasantly pleased with the entire process. Best purchasing experience ever and that says alot! Masame Hill displayed just the right amount of "salemanship". Mas knew his cars well as was able to answer al my questions and pointed out key facts and features I had not considered. Omar Hernandez was very helpful in finding the exact car we desired at the Ted Britt dealership in Baltimore. The three of us quickly settled on the price and financing arrangements.
