Mary Beth is always fun yet professional to work with. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle which is always difficult to get repairs approved. She is able to communicate with them quickly and efficiently. I have no problem with Mary Beth the service advisor. She is excellent, is very patient and has knowledge of cars. My problem is with the service department or Ford; I don't know who is at fault. I had two problems and I was told they would correct the problems. So far, the first problem seems corrected, but they made the second problem worst. This car has been in the service department a few times, but it never gets corrected. I had problems with my 2022 Escape that the service department was not able to fix. I traded the 2022 Escape for the 2025 Escape and I have different problems. I have lost faith in Ford products!! More

I have been dealing with this dealership for years as well as my children. They are very professional and dependable. The only negative thing I would say is that the points you earn t well as my children. They are very professional and dependable. The only negative thing I would say is that the points you earn to get money off on oil changes , tire rotations or and mechanical work is so high that it’s virtually useless! Ford of Londonderry Service Department providing overall great service as usual. They are my go to for routine maintenance and for any other concerns. I love my 2021 F150 and like all autos, keeping up wi great service as usual. They are my go to for routine maintenance and for any other concerns. I love my 2021 F150 and like all autos, keeping up with routine maintenance will keep them running strong. The team does the job efficiently and within very reasonable time. They took the vehicle on time and as someone who waits for the job to complete, it is convenient to have a team working with very little delay. The service team at Ford of Londonderry have been taking care of me for over 5 years. BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR SERVIVE . TRUCK WAS BLOWING BLUE SMOKE DURINF COLD START AND THEN 5-6 SECONDS STOPS. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS. LEFT THE TRUCK THERE WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR AN APPO TRUCK WAS BLOWING BLUE SMOKE DURINF COLD START AND THEN 5-6 SECONDS STOPS. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS. LEFT THE TRUCK THERE WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR AN APPOINTMENT 730 AM THURSDAY. CALLED EARLY AFTERNOON TO SEE IF I COULD PICKUP TRUCK EARLY. SERVICE TECH WAS SUUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK 10-15 MINS. DID NOT HAPPEN. I DROVE TO DEARLERSHIP AND RECEIVED ACALL THAT THEY JUST LOOK AT MY TRUCK . TIME NOW BEING 230ISH IN THE AFTERNOON. INFORMED ME THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD BE 900 PLUS DOLLARS. I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO THE WORK. I GOT THERE 10 MINUTES LATER FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THE OIL CHANGE HAD NOT BEEN DONE ALSO. I TOLD THEM WE ARE DONE HERE AND THEY GOT MY KEYS AND LEFT More
