Absolutely was just surveying the many vehicles when this very professionally attired lady, Chandra Dickson, asked if she could help, no, I'm just looking this morning. All by the way, I have allegiance to the "big guy" close to the isle in the showroom, couldn't remember Mike's name. Well, within moments out walked Mike Lavrenchik, I explained what had just happened, and, asked what type of vehicle would be best to transport a wheelchair, Within moments several trunk lids were up, and there was my favorite color, an E-Class 350 4M, Sports Model, Polar White with everything I wanted on a car!! Mike was really great to work with in all phases of the purchase!! Just so happened that Justin Harbert was working and could determine a trade in value for my 2 cars, one of which I bought at the Dealership in 2006 an ML350, where I found the "greatest service department" on the planet!! Please note: The Service Department and the quality of the automobile is why I came looking on this Saturday morning. Since the car was originally sold and serviced by MB of Hagerstown, he also arranged an interview with Marty, who answered all of my questions on the past service history of the car. The car is 12 years old, and, after examining it and driving for a day or two now, I honestly can't tell that it isn't a brand new car. I think that's truly an indication of the level of quality, customer care, and service of the dealership. I would heartily recommend Barry and Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to anyone seeking a new or used car. More

At which time, I was warmly welcomed by Marty and Alex and as usual provided all we needed for my daughter and I to go shopping downtown while the car was serviced. Of course, it was completed right on time as we discussed. From there, I went to say hello to Wes Whetstone. He had helped us on two previous purchases and it was nice to see him again. We had discussed via email perhaps trading from a 2 seat convertible to a sedan, as our family status had changed. Wes showed different options to consider and as previously, allowed us to browse and think on things as freely and as helpful as possible. It was hard to turn down the great accomodation of the 2012 C class sedan but my heart fell for a 4 seat CLK convertible from 2009. 4 hours later, my daughter and I drove this car off the lot! The dealership gave us a great trade in value for the SLK and Austin secured a great financing package for us. What a great team to work with! Wes is a family man, professional in every way, yet easy and friendly to talk with. He is knowledgable and courteous. I bought my new 2012 E350 to replace a 2009 ML320 because of issues with the ML320. I love the car and the dealership worked very hard to insure that my husband and I were happy with the purchase. I have purchased 9 new cars and 3 used cars in my life time and this was the smoothest, easiest and most educated purchase I have ever made. I was impressed from the time I arrived at the dealership till I drove my new used car home! I had reviewed the 2 cars online I was hoping to test drive and consider for purchase before I arrived. Barry met me on the sales lot with a friendly no pressure greeting, he immediately retrieved the keys for the CLK and then much to my surprise I got an intelligent obviously very well trained educational introduction to Mercedes Benz and the CLK specifically I was about to test drive. Throughout the test drive Barry explained various safety features, luxury comforts, road handling, a turn radius demonstration and even an emergency brake test. I commute 150 miles a day and the safety and comfort of a vehicle that is responsible for my life 4 hours a day is extremely important to me. I have commuted 3 days since purchase and its a "WIN WIN" I am comfortable, happy and safe and I love my CLK! After the quick and easy process of processing paper work with Rob and being educated on the various extended warranty options that are available I thought I was all set, keys in hand and ready to roll... however Barry met me again outside with the car washed detailed and ready to go. Barry went over the car in detail with me covering bumper to bumper the safety features and quality a Mercedes Benz has to offer. He additionally went over every button, knob and gadget on the dash to ensure I knew how to operate and maintain optimal interior comfort for a smooth, safe enjoyable ride.
