Like Alex, Adam is always front and center when needed during special unscheduled visits for support on an issue, another superb employee!! Lisa Stonebraker is really great on the phone helping guide people where they need to be and she actually cares about your problem and goes the extra mile to help, superb employee!! What can I say, from a Management perspective, Marty Gillions goes out of his way every time I visit the dealership to insure I've been taken care of and satisfied with their work, superb Management Employee!! I can't say enough positive comments about Justin Harbert and his unique ability to handle issues at all times, day, night, vacation, or a family outing, he's been there to help, a major reason I've bought another Mercedes-Benz. Best all around: buying and servicing After having been a customer for more than a decade with several vehicles, I continue to be impressed with their service department and their sales. After having been a customer for more than a decade with several vehicles, I continue to be impressed with their service department and their sales. I took a GLK with 210k miles under its belt for routine service, where a critical problem was discovered that necessitated a car replacement. The service folks gave patient and solid advice, listening to special needs having to be accommodated. The sales people were all-around professional and a pleasure to deal with. The purchase process was smooth as silk. These people have been treating me like family... and MB of Hagerstown will have my loyalty for another decade...at least! More

Most other dealers make the process unnecessarily painful. The crew here is always professional and personable. They know their cars. They are not pushy. They are HONEST. There is no game playing. How many dealerships can you say that about? They aren't trying to make a quick sale and forget about you, or push you off to another department. They take the time to build relationships with their customers. They are all part of one team there and it shows. All of the people we've interacted with this at this dealership are top notch. We drive over an hour away to service our cars here even though there are multiple dealers that are closer. It's worth it for the peace of mind. I highly recommend this dealership for Mercedes sales and service. More
